Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of civil litigation, from case investigation through trial or settlement.

Requirements:

  • A valid Bar license in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with federal court experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in legal writing, drafting motions, and adhering to civil procedural rules.
  • Experience with Section 1983 claims is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
