Patent Agent (Organic Chemistry)

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent agent (organic chemistry) with relevant experience. Must have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent validity, non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate analyses, and supporting due diligence related to small-molecule pharmaceuticals. The candidate will build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and contribute to deeply meaningful and interesting work in a collaborative team environment.

The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related discipline and registration with the USPTO. Should be capable of working on all matters involving small molecules. Must also have outstanding writing and interpersonal skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
