Trust Administration and Probate Attorney

San Francisco office of our client seeks a trust administration and probate attorney with 3-5 years of related experience. The candidate will be managing all probate proceedings from beginning to end. Managing all trust administration proceedings from beginning to end. Leading and working collaboratively with team members. Doing Court Appearances with some anticipated litigation. Assisting in presentations and events for the community. Have experience in managing other legal assistants and paralegals. Preferably have experience with Clio Manage and Microsoft 365. Be licensed to practice law in California.

The candidate must have a strong work ethic, drive, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a small-team environment. Be adept at using Mac computers and systems. Have solid command of English including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form, and style. Have the ability to work independently and on a team.
