Pharmaceutical Associate

Washington DC office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a pharmaceutical associate with 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate works closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process. Prepares and files patent applications. Conducts freedom-to-operate and patentability analysis. Assists in other responsibilities or projects, as requested or needed. Must be admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York. Must be admitted to the USPTO. Must have a Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry or a related field of study. Must be graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
