San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an M&A associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. The candidate should preferably have experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
