Charleston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mass torts staff attorney preferably with 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or construction. The candidate will be working in an active and dynamic practice that touches all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial. Will handle assigned cases while at the same time having access to the knowledge and experience of seasoned litigators. Should have the knowledge, and ability to conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure in order to defend clients and reach a successful resolution of each matter. Must be licensed in South Carolina, must be willing to take the next available South Carolina Bar exam or be eligible to seek admission without examination. Should possess strong written and oral advocacy skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and self-starter, seeking increasing levels of responsibility.
