Plano office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with experience. The candidate will communicate with and take direction from partners and senior staff attorneys regarding client matters and tasks. Will communicate with clients as necessary to obtain information and provide legal advice. Draft and review corporate legal documents, such as contracts, corporate formation and governance documents, policies, and reports. Negotiate transactions on behalf of clients. Prepare applications for federal and state tax exemption. Communicate with governmental authorities on behalf of clients. Conduct legal research and analysis as necessary to complete tasks and advise clients. Work effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in ensuring excellent work product and client service. Should be a current member in good standing of State Bar of Texas, Florida, or California, or willing to become licensed in one of these states as soon as possible. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

The candidate should have an undergraduate and law degrees from accredited schools. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with partners, senior staff attorneys, support staff, clients, government authorities, and others. Should have ability to clearly articulate legal concepts and solutions and effectively convey ideas, verbally and in writing. Must have strong prioritization and time management skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple projects under strict deadlines. Should have Initiative, self-motivation, and ability to exercise sound, independent judgment and work without close supervision. Must have ability to use applicable research tools effectively and efficiently to find relevant legal authority.
