Litigation Associate Attorney

Farmingdale office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have prior experience in employment law, insurance defense, labor matters, employee discipline, discrimination matters, or education law. Should be familiar with all phases of litigation including preparing pleadings, drafting motions and attending court conferences.

Since 1984, this firm has been representing clients in the areas of Education Law, Labor and Employment Law, Personal Injury, Construction Law, Civil Rights Law, and Special Education Law. The firm consists of attorneys who have over 200 years of combined experience and are active members and leaders in professional associations. The attorneys enjoy the dynamic nature of the firm and collegial atmosphere with professional growth.
