Government Contracts Associate Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a government contracts associate attorney with 5-8 years of relevant work experience within a law firm. The candidate will counsel on government contracts performance issues. Will litigate CDA claims, bid protests, and FCA cases. Support internal and government investigations arising in connection with government contracts. Review contract and subcontract agreements and FAR and DFARS flow-downs. Perform general research and writing in support of the department's full scope government contracts practice. Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in CO.

The candidate must have strong writing and analytical skills. Strong networking and business development skills are required.
