A dynamic law firm is seeking a highly qualified Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked Chancery litigation practice in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will possess Delaware Chancery Court experience, focusing on shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other governance issues.

Location

  • Wilmington, Delaware

Duties

  • Represent clients in complex litigation, including matters in Delaware’s Chancery, Superior, and Supreme Courts, as well as Delaware District Court.
  • Handle cases involving shareholder disputes and governance issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in Delaware Chancery Court.
  • Experience with commercial litigation and/or securities litigation is a plus.
  • Active bar license in Delaware or willingness to take the Delaware bar exam.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Delaware or have plans to take the Delaware bar exam.
