Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Participate in court appearances, representing clients in business litigation matters.
• Collaborate with legal teams on case strategy and development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other attorneys.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritization.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of legal experience, particularly in business or commercial litigation.
• Active Georgia Bar License.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar is required.
