Real Estate and Municipal Law Attorney

Harrisburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate and municipal law attorney with 2-3 years of related experience, including purchase and lease contracts, deeds, titles, etc. The candidate will draft memos, motions, and other legal correspondence and documents; proofread them to ensure minimal errors. Conduct legal research and write memos, briefs, and other related client documents. Attend nightly municipal meetings- approximately 3-4 a month in the greater Harrisburg area. Research, review, and understand the law and rules of the court to ensure the best possible outcome for clients. Communicate and work closely with our clients through the litigation process. Draft and review real estate purchase agreements/related documents. Must be currently licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.

The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school. Must have great writing and research skills. Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must have high attention to detail. Must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment with multiple deadlines and easily shifts or adapts to changing needs or priorities.
