Transactional Tax Associate Attorney

Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks transactional tax associate attorney with 3-6 years of transactional federal income tax experience in a major law firm with a demonstrated interest in energy, renewables, and/or tax equity. The candidate will have exposure to a wide breadth of tax disciplines, with an emphasis on renewable energy and tax advantaged transactions. Should preferably have corporate tax and partnership tax experience. M&A, private equity, capital markets and/or debt instruments, and international structuring experience is a plus.
