The candidate should have experience working with sophisticated and complex matters and high net worth clients. Must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service and developing long-term client relationships. Should have ability to work as part of a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals in estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration matters. Exhibit strong technical knowledge in estate and trust planning, including excellent tax research and legal writing skills needed. Experience in estate planning document drafting with accuracy and efficiency; preparing and reviewing estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and trust income tax returns is preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred. Should have JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and Florida Bar Admission.
