Attorney with 1-3 years of business transaction and litigation experience

Las Vegas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney preferably with 1-3 years of business transaction and litigation experience. The candidate will communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside parties. Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. Review case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action. Work as part of a team with all levels of experience. Routinely communicate with clients. Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Nevada and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited institution by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor degree and a specialization in law. Working knowledge of civil procedures is required. Should have excellent legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
