San Francisco office of our client seeks insurance defense litigation attorney with 2-5 years of actual post Bar experience, including 1 year of insurance defense experience. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. Firm focuses on commercial transportation, including trucking, and construction defect for contractors and subcontractors. The candidate will serve in case management, written, monthly insurance carrier reporting, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, motion practice, inspections and investigations, hearings, and trial preparation. Experience with insurance defense ABA billing codes, entry, and billing guidelines would be great. Active CA Bar license required. Team-oriented environment.
