Should have experience counseling companies on a variety of employment law issues, drafting employment agreements and related documents, as well as experience handling employment-related issues in connection with business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments. Experience representing employers in employment and labor related litigation and administrative proceedings is also desirable.
