Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate will serve in the preparation and trial of patent matters. Will serve in the analysis of products and patents. Discovery preparation and management, including working with experts. Conducts and defends depositions. Drafts pleadings and motions. Must have patent litigation experience before the United States International Trade Commission. A technology background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field of study is essential. Must be admitted to or eligible for admission in New York.

The candidate should be graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail is essential. Should have the ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
