Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks mid to senior level real estate associate with experience representing lenders and managing real estate loan transactions. The candidate should have experience with complex, commercial multi-property loan closings. Should preferably have experience in all other aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Must preferably have experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and/or experience with multi-family lending, including affordable, senior, and manufactured housing loan transactions. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the DC Bar. Prior law firm experience is required.

Must have JD degree from an accredited law school. Must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
