Associate Attorney

Marlton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney preferably with 2-5 years of experience with a focus on foreclosure or residential real estate practice and procedures. Must have 2 years of experience as an attorney with demonstrated competence. Experience in mortgage loan servicing, residential real estate transactions, mortgage banking, foreclosure, and bankruptcy law are a plus. Must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The candidate should have strong writing skills; analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree. Ability to handle stress and manage multiple files with competing interests for the time needed. Should have the ability to identify problems in a timely manner, develop alternative solutions to resolve problems in the early stages.
