Syracuse office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration attorney with 3+ years of experience preparing, analyzing, and submitting nonimmigrant visas (H, L, E, TN, and O) and permanent residence processing experience (PERM, I-140, AOS filing) to the various immigration service centers/district offices and US Consulates worldwide. The candidate will assess eligibility of certain immigrants to apply/qualify for status in the United States. Will meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to partner(s). Proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and ability to quickly achieve proficiency in customized software for immigration case processing and tracking. Research various issues and collaborate with attorneys about strategies. Attend court appearances. Should have admission to the NYS Bar. Experience with EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

The candidate should have J.D. degree. Excellent written, analytical, oral, organizational and time management skills essential. Should have strong work ethic and the ability to be an independent worker and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to function effectively in a team oriented environment. Demonstrated high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload. Demonstrated ability to absorb, process and understand new information rapidly.
