The candidate should preferably have superior research and writing skills, experience in written discovery and work with expert witnesses, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Immediately transferable skills, demonstrated experience with federal and state consumer protection and privacy/security laws, and a strong academic background is preferred.
