Attorney

Miami Lakes office of the client seeks an attorney with some experience. The candidate will draft Pleadings and Motions. Propound and respond to discovery. Prepare for and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment. Attend meditations and settlement conferences. Attend and take depositions. Assist at jury and bench trials. Do Legal Research. Work closely with clients and their agents. Work closely with the managing partner. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.

The candidate must have a Doctorate degree. Must have Strong Problem-solving skills. Must have Strong Analytical skills. Must have Strong attention to detail. Must have Strong legal writing and research skills.
