Senior Business Law Attorney

Boise office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior business law attorney with 10-15 years of experience as an attorney. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in commercial transactions, including M&A, financing, and corporate legal experience. Experience managing due diligence, data rooms, and preparing disclosure schedules is required. Previous tax and securities experience is a plus. Must have admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the ID Bar.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. Should have knowledge of corporate matters concerning both closely held private companies, including formations, governance, and maintenance, as well as public companies, including fundraising and securities. The ability to distribute work and manage support provided by associate attorneys, paralegals, and other support staff is needed. Excellent legal research skills are required.
