Columbia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate planning and estate and trust administration attorney with 7+ years of experience in all aspects of estate planning, including preparation of wills and trust documents, estate and trust taxation, and probate and trust administration. The candidate will work with estate & trusts and business law partners and receive a great deal of responsibility, including client contact. Should preferably be a seasoned practitioner with a law firm or other private sector experience. Experience in business succession planning and exit strategies and advising high net worth individuals on complex estate and tax planning strategies is desired. Experience managing practice groups and/or other attorneys and para-professionals is needed. A portable practice is preferred. Must be a member of the Maryland Bar. Florida, Delaware, Virginia, D.C., and other Mid-Atlantic state Bar admissions would be a plus.

The candidate must have excellent drafting skills, particularly with respect to correspondence, complex opinion letters, and estate planning documents. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships are required.
