Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level real estate associate attorney preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience, which includes experience in title and survey review, negotiation, and analysis, review of ground leases, and familiarity with commercial real estate loans and documents. The candidate will be given significant transactional responsibilities and client contact. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm or an outstanding local firm is required. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and writing skills. Familiarity with affordable housing transactions is a plus. Should have strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, keen attention to detail, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
