Tax Attorney

Kansas City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax attorney with 10 years of experience. The candidate will be advising clients on tax planning, compliance, and other general corporate matters. Should preferably have experience in tax aspects of corporate transactions, including partnership transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructurings. An LL.M. degree in tax is strongly preferred.
