Litigation Attorney

Paramus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney preferably with 1-3 years of experience with workers compensation matters. The candidate will pre-litigation counseling and trial work. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals. Should preferably have litigation and trial experience. New Jersey Bar admission is required.

The candidate must be ambitious and driven, possess a strong work ethic, and have good interpersonal skills. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
