Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a securities litigation and white collar resource attorney with 5+ years of experience in the securities litigation practice area and/or the white collar defense and investigations practice area. The candidate will keep current on all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups. Will develop topics for and assist in the preparation of client alerts, white papers, blog posts, and similar publications. Develop practice resources that will enhance the exchange of know-how within the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups and facilitate interaction with clients and prospective clients. Create, maintain, and update archives of work product and know-how within the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups. Assist with coordination of speaking arrangements, webinars, and materials. Maintain and update forms and templates as appropriate for the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups, and ensure forms reflect current legal developments, industry-accepted terms, and input from attorneys within the practice groups. Work with the marketing department to formulate and execute branding and presence for the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups. Collect and provide information to the marketing department to assist that team with responses to RFPs and other opportunities for business development. Work with resources within the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups to foster consistency, know-how, and approach with clients and prospective clients. Coordinate with professional development to ensure and enhance the skills development of members of the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups and firm-wide training. Coordinate with information services to assess available technologies and to develop new solutions that can be used to leverage efficiencies within the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups, as well as the delivery of services by the practice groups. Must be a licensed attorney with mastery of the substantive area of practice undertaken by the securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations practice groups.

The candidate must have knowledge of the industries that the firm regularly advises, particularly technology and life sciences. Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills are required.
