The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Must have some experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance, claims, disputes, subcontract review and negotiation, and bid protests.

The candidate must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Must have ability to work both independently and directly with clients. Must have excellent writing and communications skills (both oral and written); able to adapt messaging to reflect variety of internal and external audiences. Must have strong research, analytical, evaluative, and constructive thinking skills. Must be results-focused; strong project management skills, with ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects while being thorough and detail-oriented. Must have ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others.
