Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is actively seeking a tax attorney with 3-7 years of transactional tax experience reviewing and commenting on purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents from a tax perspective. The candidate should have a well-rounded federal corporate, partnership, and real estate tax knowledge. Experience with private equity transactions and/or real estate joint ventures is needed. Experience in reviewing and/or drafting corporate documents, such as operating agreements and leading transactions from a tax perspective is a plus. Law firm experience is preferred.

The candidate should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.

This firm specializes in the following practice areas: Bankruptcy, Corporate and Securities, Employment Law, Finance & Banking, Homeowners Associations, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Real Estate, Taxation, Technology, and Wealth Transfer.
