Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level private fund formation associate attorney ideally with 3-12 years of experience in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and similar private funds. The candidate should preferably have experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an institutional asset manager. Those with experience forming hedge funds and venture capital funds and representing investors with respect to private fund investments will also be considered. Must have experience in one or more of these areas.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.
