Milwaukee office of our client seeks junior tax attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate should have experience in tax-side transactional work, executive compensation, tax controversy, fund formation, tax-exempt and general tax work. An LLM or concentration of classes in income tax-related subjects is essential. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar.

Must have strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Top academics and experience required. Must hold a JD degree from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.
