Job Duties

  • Engage in client communication to gather information and provide case updates.
  • Take and defend depositions to gather evidence and witness testimonies.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions and briefs.
  • Lead mediations and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Develop comprehensive case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Represent clients in court, taking cases to trial when necessary.


  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and responding to legal motions.
  • Substantial knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Rules of Evidence.


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.


  • Active membership in the Ohio State Bar.


  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and courtroom presentations.

  • Proficient in drafting clear and persuasive legal documents.
