Santa Clara office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on employment and labor law. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Must have court, mediation and trial experience. Employment Litigation experience is a must. Class Action experience is a plus.

The candidate must be a team player. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Must have ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
