Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks false claims act/litigation and dispute resolution attorney with 6+ years of defense experience. The candidate will take a lead role in support of its False Claims Act and Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups. Will provide advice and counsel to, and participate in or lead the representation and defense of, government contractors in civil and criminal False Claims Act matters, including audits and investigations by the Department of Justice and/or Offices of Inspectors General, witness interviews, internal compliance audits and investigations, civil investigative demands, subpoenas, and Qui Tam and other FCA litigation. Prior experience as a civil or criminal attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice prosecuting False Claims Act matters is preferred. Should be admitted to practice in one state and eligible for prompt admission into the District of Columbia Bar.
