Associate Attorney needed for Falmouth office

Falmouth office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. Will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of the clients. Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure-related pleadings. Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Provides exceptional client service. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance. Should be a Member in good standing of the State Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload essential. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Should effectively communicate with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone). Should be analytical and detail-oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
