Employment Law Counsel

San Diego office of our client seeks an employment law counsel with 8 years of substantive experience including experience managing cases. The candidate will be independently managing all aspects of employment litigation matters for private sector corporate clients in California, specifically: Case management, analysis, strategy, and oversight, Proactive communication with the NFC team, and Proactive communication with NFC clients. Preparing pleadings and motions. Preparing and responding to written discovery (including E-discovery). Preparing and responding to motions. Attendance at depositions, hearings, motions, and mediations. Trial and arbitration preparation and attendance. Traditional labor experience is a plus. Must be admitted to the CA Bar.
