Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a document review attorney, preferably with 3 years of document review experience. The candidate will provide review services in dispute and corporate due diligence matters under the direction of Firms lawyers. Will serves as a Team Lead to coordinate communications between the Firm's lawyers and the contract review teams. In addition, performs QC and other discovery-related tasks, including key document summaries, issues analysis, chronologies, and privilege log creation. Review, analyze, and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege. Participate in initial review training and team meetings. Conduct quality control review of document coding and redactions for accuracy. Coordinate, monitor, and quality check the work performed by the first-level reviewers. Responsible for identifying, escalating, and tracking questions and issues to Firms lawyers and other practice support professionals. Prepare and edit the privilege log for production. Perform review and analysis of contracts and agreements according to specified criteria. Must be Licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of employment, i.e., Texas, Minnesota, or Missouri. A strong grasp and knowledge of document review platforms are required. A thorough understanding of attorney-client and attorney work product privilege is needed.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution. Must have excellent analytical, problem-identification, and resolution skills. Superior attention to detail is required. Proven and demonstrable dedication to work product quality is needed. Must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under rigorous deadlines. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively with project managers, lawyers, and other document review attorneys is required. The ability to work both as part of a team and independently with appropriate supervision is needed. Must have the willingness to provide after-hours, overtime, and weekend support as necessary.
