Junior Finance and Restructuring Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior finance and restructuring associate attorney with experience. The candidates will work on matters representing lenders, institutional investors, and corporate clients in a wide-range of asset-based and cash-flow financing transactions, junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters. Significant experience working on the transactional aspects of complex finance matters required. Large firm experience is preferred. Strong academic credentials, sound professional judgment, and high motivation to provide exceptional client service required.
