Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks ERISA compliance associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will be providing advice to benefit plan personnel, trustees and unions on the full range of issues faced by all types of employee benefit plans, drafting and review of plan documents, service provider contracts and participant communications, and representing employee benefit plans and boards of trustees before federal courts and regulatory agencies. Should have an LL.M. degree in Taxation and/or a Certificate in Employee Benefits Law. Must possess a deep understanding of ERISA, IRC, HIPAA, the ACA and other applicable law.
The candidate should have a strong academic background, superior analytic, research and writing skills, and the ability to work well with clients, administrators, other employee benefit plan professionals, and fellow attorneys.
