Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2-5 years of legal experience working at a law firm, or in-house at an asset management firm. The candidate will work with SEC-registered advisers and funds on a wide array of matters including: compliance, fund formation, regulatory filings, ongoing SEC reporting, inquiries and examinations, and corporate governance matters. Must have proven abilities in drafting disclosure and compliance documents; and advising on compliance and regulatory issues.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent. Should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and client service skills, and the ability to function well in a high-paced and deadline-driven environment.
