Birmingham office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks supervisory natural resources attorney with 10-15 years of legal experience focusing on ESA, NEPA, FLPMA, and other environmental land use law. The candidate will litigate natural resources cases from the filing of a complaint or petition through appeal; assist the General Counsel in overseeing and mentoring less-experienced litigators and paralegals; and communicate firm objectives and cases to donors, the media, and others. Significant litigation experience before administrative agencies and in federal courts is required. License to practice law in Alabama or eligibility to waive into the Alabama Bar is essential.

The candidate must have ability to clearly and positively communicate with a wide array of audiences. Should be a team leader and mentor.

This firm is based in Birmingham, Alabama and has been in practice for over 3 decades.
