Mid-level Project Finance Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level project finance associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate should have grounding in project finance documentation and/or tax equity experience. Experience having closed transactions is very important. Active Bar license is preferred.
