Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior to mid-level employee benefits associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Private, tax exempt and public (governmental) retirement plan experience (401(k); 403(b); 457(b)) and defined benefit plans; M&A Benefits Support; 409A and executive compensation; Health and welfare plans and specific health plan laws (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA); ERISA litigation.

The candidate should have law firm experience, excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity, and a self-starter mindset. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
