Senior FDA Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior FDA associate attorney with 20 years of experience. The candidate focuses on FDA compliance and enforcement, primarily for medical products, including product development and clearance/approval pathways, manufacturing, distribution, and promotion and advertising compliance. Must preferably have experience applying FDA law and regulation across strategic counseling matters, investigations, and corporate transactions involving FDA-regulated companies. In addition to the core focus on medical products, additional experience in areas including cosmetics, food, CBD/hemp, and non-medical radiation emitting products would be welcome. Should have Bar admission. Must have proficiency in computer.
