Senior Associate Attorney

Hoboken office of our client seeks senior associate attorney 11 years of experience. The candidate must have employment law experience in employment counseling (clients in non-litigation); employee manual; overtime compensation; Fair Labor Standards Act; employee v. contract issues. Must preferably have experience with employment investigations, knowledge of labor and employment law, and/or work with the public sector. Should have Bar admission. Must have fluency in Spanish.
