Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior-level healthcare attorney with 6 years of experience working on complex healthcare regulatory and/or transactional matters in a robust healthcare practice group of a law firm or with relevant in-house experience. The candidate will provide thorough factual and legal research and analysis. Will review regulatory analyses by junior attorneys. Manage matters from commencement to final resolution. Competently and professionally communicate with clients. Complete tasks efficiently. Should have significant experience in some (but need not be all) of the following areas: (a) federal and state fraud and abuse laws (e.g., AKA, Stark, and False Claims Act), state corporate practice of medicine guidelines, and federal and state licensure, conditions of participation and accreditation requirements. (b) Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance issues. or (c) managed care and health insurance regulatory matters. Contract drafting and negotiation would be a plus. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the Texas jurisdiction.

The candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. The ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines is required. Must have strong organization and matter management skills. The ability to work professionally and effectively with Clients, Partners, Associates, and Support Staff are needed. Must have the ability to work effectively with others as part of a team. Clear and effective drafting skills are required. Must have Juris Doctor degree.
