Venture Capital and/or Private Equity Fund Formation Associate Attorney

The candidate will be working with funds in the venture capital space, however the practice group generally acts as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes, as well as sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations and regulatory and compliance matters.

The candidate should preferably have a record of high academic achievement and law firm experience.
