Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior capital markets associate attorney with 6+ years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Securities Act offerings, private placements, Exchange Act reporting, stock exchange listings and compliance, and associated policy development and counseling. Experience with cross-border transactions is a plus.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.
